Common Questions
HOW LONG DOES THE ASSESSMENT TAKE?
Plan on enough time for a real conversation, your InBody scan, and a movement assessment without feeling rushed. Your coach confirms the exact length when you schedule.

IS THE ASSESSMENT REALLY COMPLIMENTARY?
Yes. Your first Peak Performance assessment is complimentary, and there is no obligation to join afterward.

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE COMING IN?
No. The assessment exists to find your starting point, wherever that happens to be. Many people who book one have not trained consistently in years.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable training clothes and athletic shoes. Bring water. Nothing else is required.

SHOULD I EAT BEFORE MY INBODY SCAN?
For the cleanest baseline, try to avoid a large meal or a hard workout immediately beforehand and drink water normally. Your coach shares simple guidance before your appointment.

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS?
Tell us. Injuries, past surgeries, medications, and current limitations are all part of the health history review, and your program is built to respect them. We do not diagnose or treat anything, and if something needs a medical opinion first, we will say so.

WILL I EXERCISE DURING THE ASSESSMENT?
You will move, but it is not a workout. Expect mobility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular screens scaled to your current ability, with your coach explaining each one before you do it.

IS THIS A MEDICAL EVALUATION?
No. This is a coaching assessment. The InBody scan measures body composition; it does not diagnose medical conditions, and nothing we provide replaces guidance from your physician.

DO I HAVE TO JOIN AFTERWARD?
No. You will leave with a clear picture of where you stand and a recommendation. What you decide to do with it is entirely up to you.

CAN TEENAGERS COMPLETE AN ASSESSMENT?
Yes. Youth and high-school athletes are assessed with age-appropriate testing, and a parent or guardian is welcome to attend.

CAN I BRING A PARENT, SPOUSE, OR SUPPORT PERSON?
Yes. You are welcome to bring someone with you. Many people find it easier to ask questions with a familiar face in the room.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE ASSESSMENT?
Your coach reviews your results with you and recommends the service that fits best. If you move forward, your program, scheduling, progress tracking, and coach messaging all live inside the Peak Performance App.
