Who This Membership Is For
Peak's private gym membership is for adults who want a serious place to train and the freedom to train on their own terms.
BUSY PROFESSIONALS
Early mornings, late nights, and a schedule that changes week to week. Your access does not depend on class times.
SHIFT WORKERS
Nurses, first responders, trades, and anyone whose working hours do not line up with a standard gym schedule.
EXPERIENCED LIFTERS
You already know your program. You want quality equipment and the space to use it without waiting.
FORMER ATHLETES
Training has always been part of your life. You want an environment that still treats it seriously.
INDEPENDENT EXERCISERS
You prefer to train alone, at your own pace, without being coached through every set.
ANYONE DONE WITH CROWDED GYMS
No line for a rack, no crowded floor, and no reason to rush through your session.
ACCESS WITHOUT OBLIGATION
Train independently, and bring in a coach only when you want one.
Why This Gym Feels Different
The difference is not a longer equipment list. It is the room you walk into, and the fact that every part of it was chosen on purpose.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
The facility is intentionally kept uncrowded, so you can move through your session without waiting or working around other people.
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
Equipment is here because coaches and members actually use it, not to fill a floor plan.
CLEAN AND ORGANIZED
The space is maintained, the equipment is in working order, and weights go back where they belong.
A PROFESSIONAL CULTURE
Everyone here is training. The atmosphere is focused and respectful, without the noise and distraction of a commercial gym.
SET UP FOR SAFE TRAINING
Quality equipment, a clear layout, and sensible expectations make it easier to train well when you are training on your own.
COACHES IN THE BUILDING
Peak coaches work in this space. If you want input, a program, or a second set of eyes, coaching is available. It is never required.
Equipment That Covers Real Training
Rather than list every item in the building, here is what the floor is built to do.
STRENGTH
Racks and barbells for the lifts most programs are built around: squat, press, hinge, and pull.
FREE WEIGHTS
Dumbbells and benches for accessory work, single-limb training, and everything that fills in around the main lifts.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Open floor space and tools for carries, core work, and training that does not happen sitting on a machine.
CONDITIONING
Equipment for steady aerobic work, intervals, and finishers, used at whatever intensity your training calls for.
WARM-UP AND RECOVERY
Room to warm up properly and cool down instead of walking straight out the door. Specific recovery tools vary, so ask your coach what is currently available.
If your training depends on a particular piece of equipment, ask us before you join. We would rather give you a straight answer than a sales pitch.
Access That Fits Your Week
Membership includes secure, around-the-clock access to the facility once your onboarding is complete.
HOW IT WORKS
Approved members complete a short onboarding with a Peak coach, receive their own secure access, and train whenever it suits their schedule.
WHAT ONBOARDING COVERS
A walkthrough of the facility, how the floor is laid out, what we expect from members training on their own, and how to reach a coach when you want one.
WHY IT IS SET UP THIS WAY
Around-the-clock access works because everyone using the space understands it. Onboarding is what keeps the environment clean, quiet, and predictable for every member.
Access details and membership terms are confirmed directly with Peak before you begin.
Independent When You Want. Coached When You Need.
A gym membership at Peak does not commit you to coaching, and it does not shut you out of it either. This is the part most gyms cannot offer.
TRAIN ON YOUR OWN
Use the facility independently, follow your own program, and keep the routine that already works for you.
ADD COACHING WHEN IT HELPS
Personal training, semi-private coaching, and online programming are available as separate services. Use them for a season, for a specific goal, or whenever you feel stuck.
USE AN ASSESSMENT AS A CHECKPOINT
Some members train independently for months, then use an assessment to see what has changed and decide what to prioritize next.
ASK A QUESTION WITHOUT BOOKING A SESSION
Peak coaches are in the building. If something in your training is not working, say so.
Coaching services are scheduled and priced separately from gym access. A coach will confirm exactly what is included before you begin.
Every Membership Starts With an Assessment
Even if you never plan to book a single coaching session, we start the same way. It is free, it takes one conversation, and it makes everything after it more useful.
WHERE YOU ARE STARTING
A clear baseline, so progress becomes something you can measure instead of something you guess at.
WHAT YOU ARE WORKING TOWARD
Your goals in your own words: strength, body composition, getting back into training, or simply staying consistent.
HOW YOU HAVE TRAINED BEFORE
What has worked, what you enjoy, what you avoid, and anything you want a coach to know about how you train.
A WALKTHROUGH OF THE FACILITY
Where everything is, how the space works, and how to get the most out of it from your first session on.
AN HONEST RECOMMENDATION
Whether gym access on its own is the right fit, or whether a few coached sessions would get you further, faster.
You will never be pushed toward a service you do not need.
In Their Words
“One of the best decisions I could have made for myself physically. It is an atmosphere like no other — the people, the equipment, all top notch.”
— Colt Miller
Common Questions
CAN BEGINNERS JOIN?
Yes. If you are new to training, we will tell you honestly whether gym access on its own is enough, or whether a few coached sessions first would serve you better.
DO I NEED TO WORK WITH A COACH?
No. Coaching is available but never required. Many members train entirely on their own.
CAN I ADD COACHING LATER?
Yes. Personal training, semi-private coaching, and online programming can be added at any time as separate services, and paused when you do not need them.
HOW DO I GET INTO THE GYM?
Approved members receive their own secure access once onboarding with a Peak coach is complete.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING ONBOARDING?
A walkthrough of the facility, an overview of the equipment and layout, what we expect from members training independently, and how to reach a coach when you want one.
ARE COACHES ALWAYS ON SITE?
No. Coaches are in the building during scheduled coaching hours. Current hours are confirmed directly with Peak.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.
