Assessment and First Visit
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE FREE ASSESSMENT?
A Peak coach reviews your goals, training history, readiness and relevant baseline information. The visit may include a movement screen and an InBody scan when appropriate. Its purpose is to understand your starting point and determine sensible next steps.
IS THE ASSESSMENT A WORKOUT?
It is not intended to be a high-pressure workout or a test you need to train for. Any movement used simply helps your coach understand your current starting point.
HOW LONG SHOULD I ALLOW?
The confirmed appointment duration is 60 minutes. Not every part of the visit takes the full hour, and the time is reserved so nothing feels rushed.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable clothing that permits movement, and appropriate athletic shoes.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTERWARD?
A coach reviews the information, discusses suitable options and explains the recommended next step. Completing the assessment does not require or guarantee enrollment.
Readiness and Starting Point
I HAVEN'T EXERCISED IN YEARS. WILL I KEEP UP?
Coaching begins from your current ability, not from where you think you should be. Your plan is built around what you can do now, and it progresses from there.
DO YOU WORK WITH PEOPLE RECOVERING FROM INJURY OR SURGERY?
Many clients come to us while returning to training. Depending on what your coach learns during the assessment, Peak Performance may modify, postpone or decline testing or training pending appropriate review or clearance.
WHAT IF I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION OR LIMITATION?
Tell your coach at the assessment. We work within what is appropriate for you, and we may ask you to obtain clearance before certain testing or training.
Peak Performance does not diagnose, treat injuries, replace rehabilitation, or replace licensed healthcare.

IS THERE A CONTRACT?
Membership and service terms vary by the option selected. Material pricing, billing, cancellation and commitment terms are reviewed with you before enrollment.
