Personal Coaching. Small-Group Energy.

Individualized training, professional guidance, and accountability in a focused semi-private environment.

Who It Is For

Semi-private coaching is for people who want to be coached rather than left alone with a machine and a guess.

That includes adults starting strength training for the first time, people returning after months or years away, clients working toward fat loss or better general fitness, busy professionals who need training that fits a real schedule, older adults who want to stay strong and independent, former athletes who miss training with a purpose, and anyone who would rather not train in a crowded gym.

Not everyone starts in the same place, which is why we begin with a conversation and an assessment rather than a sign-up page.

How Semi-Private Training Works

01 — START WITH THE INTAKE FORM

Tell us who you are, what you want to work toward, and how you would like to train. It takes a few minutes.

02 — TALK WITH A PEAK COACH

A coach follows up to discuss your goals, your training history, any injuries or limitations, and the schedule you can realistically keep.

03 — COMPLETE YOUR ASSESSMENT

Your coach walks you through the assessment that fits your situation, so your plan is built on real information instead of assumptions.

04 — GET AN INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING APPROACH

Your programming is written around your goals, your current ability, and what your body can handle right now.

05 — TRAIN IN A COACHED SEMI-PRIVATE SETTING

You train alongside a small number of other clients, each working through their own program, with a coach present for the entire session.

06 — MEASURE AND ADJUST

We track what is working, review it with you, and change the plan as you progress.

What Is Included

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING

Your training plan is written for your goals, your ability, and your training history.

COACH-LED SESSIONS

A Peak coach is present and involved for the entire session, not supervising from an office.

INSTRUCTION AND TECHNIQUE CORRECTION

You learn how to train well, so the work carries over instead of simply being survived.

PROGRESS TRACKING

Benchmarks are recorded and reviewed with you, so progress is measured rather than assumed.

ACCOUNTABILITY

A coach who knows your plan notices when you miss a week and when you hit a new best.

INBODY BODY-COMPOSITION TRACKING

Available where it applies to the service you select.

NUTRITION AND MACRO GUIDANCE

Available where it is included in the service you select.

PEAK PERFORMANCE APP ACCESS

Your program, exercise demonstrations, workout history and coach messaging in one place.

Inclusions vary by service and membership level. Your coach will confirm exactly what is included before you begin.

Why It Works

INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION

A coach is watching your sets, not managing a room of thirty people. Small numbers are what make real coaching possible.

CONSISTENCY

A scheduled session with a coach who is expecting you is much harder to skip than a workout you planned on your own.

APPROPRIATE PROGRESSION

Load, volume, and complexity move when you are ready for them to move, based on what your coach is actually seeing.

COACHING FEEDBACK

You find out in the moment when a position is off. That is how technique changes.

MEASURABLE BENCHMARKS

We reassess, so progress becomes something you can see instead of something you hope is happening.

A TRAINING ENVIRONMENT THAT HELPS

Working near other people who are training hard raises your effort without turning the session into a competition.

RELATIONSHIPS

Your coaches know your name, your history, and what you are working toward. That is the part that keeps people training for years.

What a Session Feels Like

Your coach already knows the plan before you walk in. Nothing is being invented while you stand there waiting.

The session is prepared. You know what you are doing, why you are doing it, and what it is building toward.

Adjustments happen in real time. If a shoulder is bothering you or you slept badly, the exercise changes and the session still counts.

Your coach watches technique and effort. You get corrections, cues, and a push to add weight on the days you clearly have more in you.

You train alongside a small number of other clients, each working through their own program. It is not a class, and it is not a crowd.

The atmosphere is focused, encouraging, and professional. Serious about training, and comfortable for people who are not.

Assessment First

We do not put people straight into workouts. Before anything is written, we take the time to understand what we are working with.

Your goals, and what reaching them would realistically require.

Your training history: what you have done before, what you enjoyed, and what did not last.

Injuries and limitations your program needs to respect.

A movement and fitness baseline, so progression starts from where you actually are.

Body-composition data, where it is useful for what you are working toward.

Your schedule, so the plan fits the life you already have.

The assessment is a coaching conversation, not a medical evaluation. Its purpose is simple: to make sure the training you receive is the training you need.

Common Questions

WHAT IS SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING?

Individualized coaching delivered in a small-group setting. You follow your own program, written for your goals, with a coach present for the whole session.

IS THE WORKOUT THE SAME FOR EVERYONE?

No. Two people training in the same session can be working on completely different things, because their goals and histories are different.

HOW MANY PEOPLE TRAIN AT ONE TIME?

Sessions are kept intentionally small so that every client receives real coaching attention. Your coach will confirm current session sizes and availability.

IS THIS APPROPRIATE FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes. Many clients start with no gym experience at all, which is exactly why coaching is built into every session.

CAN WORKOUTS BE ADJUSTED FOR INJURIES OR LIMITATIONS?

Yes. We ask about them during the assessment and program around them.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?

That depends on your goals, your schedule, and your training history. Your coach will recommend a frequency after your assessment.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE FREE ASSESSMENT?

A conversation about your goals and history, a look at how you move, and an honest discussion of what a realistic plan looks like for you.

DO I NEED PREVIOUS GYM EXPERIENCE?

No. You need a starting point and a coach, and we handle the second part.

Your Training Should Be Built Around You.

Start with the intake form. A Peak coach will follow up to talk through your goals, your history, and the right starting point for you.
