FUEL THE WORK

NUTRITION BUILT FOR REAL LIFE.

Practical nutrition coaching built around your schedule, your preferences, and the training you are already doing—so the way you eat supports the work you put in.

WHO IT IS FOR

STRUCTURE AND SUPPORT—NOT ANOTHER SET OF RULES.

Nutrition coaching at Peak Performance is for people who want practical guidance and steady support rather than another plan to follow alone.

That includes adults who feel confident in the gym but unsure in the kitchen, people who have tried restrictive plans and want a more sustainable approach, clients who travel or work long or irregular hours, parents cooking for a household with different tastes, and athletes who want their everyday eating to line up with their training demands.

It is also for people who simply want to understand what they are doing and why, so the choices they make are informed rather than borrowed from the internet.

If you are not sure whether nutrition coaching is right for you, that is exactly what the free assessment conversation is for.

PRACTICAL, NOT CLINICAL

WHAT NUTRITION COACHING MAY ADDRESS

EVERYDAY EATING STRUCTURE

Building a realistic pattern of meals and snacks that fits the schedule you actually keep.

PROTEIN, PRODUCE, AND HYDRATION HABITS

Simple, repeatable habits that hold up on ordinary weeks as well as good ones.

FUELING AROUND TRAINING

How to eat before and after sessions so your training feels supported rather than survived.

GROCERY, PREP, AND RESTAURANT STRATEGY

Planning that survives a busy week, travel, and eating out with other people.

SLEEP, STRESS, AND RECOVERY HABITS

The daily behaviors that sit alongside nutrition and shape how you feel and perform.

CONSISTENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Coaching conversations that keep the plan honest, realistic, and moving forward.

HOW IT WORKS

A CLEAR PROCESS FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION.

01 — REQUEST YOUR FREE ASSESSMENT

Start with the short request form. A Peak Performance coach follows up to talk through your goals, your routine, and your questions.

02 — TALK THROUGH YOUR STARTING POINT

We discuss how you currently eat, train, sleep, and manage your week, so guidance is built on your real life rather than an assumption about it.

03 — AGREE ON A SHORT LIST OF HABITS

Instead of handing you a rigid meal plan, you and your coach choose a small number of specific habits to work on first.

04 — KEEP THE PLAN WHERE YOU CAN SEE IT

Your habits, notes, and training live together in the Peak Performance App, so the plan stays with you between visits.

05 — REVIEW, ADJUST, AND KEEP GOING

You and your coach review what is working, change what is not, and build from there. Recommendations are made after the assessment, not before it.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

SUPPORT THAT FITS THE WAY YOU LIVE.

HABIT-BASED GUIDANCE

Specific, agreed-upon habits rather than a one-size-fits-all diet document.

EDUCATION YOU CAN USE

Plain-language explanations of portions, protein, and food quality, so you can make decisions without a coach in the room.

COACH MESSAGING IN THE APP

A direct line to your coach for questions that come up between sessions.

HABIT AND PROGRESS TRACKING

A place to record habits and notes so change is visible over time instead of guessed at.

ADJUSTMENTS AS LIFE CHANGES

Travel, holidays, illness, and busy seasons are planned for rather than treated as failures.

ALIGNMENT WITH YOUR TRAINING

Nutrition guidance that takes your programming and training schedule into account.

ASSESSMENT FIRST

WE START BY UNDERSTANDING YOU.

We do not hand out plans before we understand the person. Nutrition coaching begins with a conversation about your goals, your routine, your preferences, and the practical constraints that shape your week.

The free assessment request form asks only for the basic information we need in order to contact you and arrange that conversation. It is not a health questionnaire, and it is not the place to send detailed medical information.

If something you raise falls outside the scope of general nutrition coaching, we will say so directly and point you toward the appropriate professional. Final recommendations are made following the assessment.

MEASURE WHAT MATTERS

INFORMED BY DATA, NOT DRIVEN BY IT.

Nutrition habits are easier to keep when you can tell whether they are working. Alongside how you feel, how you train, and how consistently you follow through, objective information can help give that picture more definition.

When appropriate, InBody data may help establish or monitor relevant body-composition information as one part of the coaching picture.

Whether that information is useful for you, and how often it is worth revisiting, is a coaching decision made with you rather than an automatic part of every plan.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

WHAT THIS SERVICE IS, AND WHAT IT IS NOT.

Peak Performance nutrition coaching provides general education and behavior support. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and is not a replacement for care from a registered dietitian, physician, or another appropriately licensed healthcare professional when clinical nutrition care is required.

Peak Performance coaches provide general wellness education and behavior support, which may include calorie awareness and general macronutrient guidance. This information is educational and consists of suggestions—not medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription. Peak Performance coaches are not licensed dietitians or nutritionists. Anyone with a medical condition requiring nutrition intervention should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

COMMON QUESTIONS

WHAT PEOPLE ASK BEFORE STARTING.

WILL I BE GIVEN A MEAL PLAN?

No. Nutrition coaching at Peak Performance is built around habits and education rather than a prescribed meal plan you are expected to follow exactly.

DO I HAVE TO GIVE UP THE FOODS I LIKE?

The goal is an approach you can actually keep. Your preferences are treated as part of the plan, not an obstacle to it.

DO I HAVE TO TRAIN AT PEAK PERFORMANCE?

No. Nutrition coaching can stand on its own or run alongside semi-private training, athletic development, or online coaching.

IS AN INBODY SCAN REQUIRED?

No. When appropriate, InBody data may be used as one part of the picture. Whether it is used at all is discussed with you.

CAN YOU HELP WITH A MEDICAL CONDITION OR A PRESCRIBED DIET?

No. That is clinical nutrition care, and it belongs with a registered dietitian, physician, or another appropriately licensed professional. Where it is appropriate, we are glad to work alongside them.

DO YOU RECOMMEND SUPPLEMENTS?

We can discuss general nutrition principles, but we do not prescribe supplements.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
