Women's Self Defense Seminar hosted by Renato Tavares

In this seminar, you will learn basic protection skills and be introduced to Women's Self Defense. Students should keep in mind that this class is physically demanding, and those attending should dress for a workout. Even if you have physical limitations, please join us and participate in the sections that are appropriate for your abilities.
